In partnership with the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Department, the jail services team provide comprehensive and wraparound services to individuals with behavioral health needs being released from the Calhoun County Correctional Facility.
The jail services team provides services to adults ages 18 and older with the goal of connecting to community services and decreasing recidivism. Team members include a Boundary Spanner, Case Manager and Peer/Recovery Coach.
